From a young age both Men gained valuable experience working on multiple construction sites where they were able to form a strong foundation. After graduating from both College & University they both choose to become entrepreneurs and start their own companies. Years of hard work and resilience led both men to merge in business in 2010 forming Castle Valley which mainly focused on Construction Management. Shortly after they introduced the new home building division they then launched The CVD Group of Companies which encompassed both.
The CVD brand has grown even further over the last few years launching its own in house planning dept, a real estate division (CVD Realty Brokerage Inc.) and a new home service program (Canada Home Plan Inc.) They also recently launched The CVD Foundation which is a non-for profit organization built to give back to the community and provide relief to people in need.
Both Men attest to their entrepreneurial spirit being the driving force behind where they are today but the true recognition goes to the culture within the CVD family which was built over the many years.
